Large sculpture or oversized work / If you wish to submit large, heavy, or physical work that is rather impractical to submit/leave on submission tables at the ICA, please submit a maximum of 2 color photos of the work (printed out) to attach to a submission form. Jury Process and Notification / The jurying process will be conducted with consideration for juror discretion and limitations on physical space. Excessively large work or works in sets will decrease the total number of accepted works, thus they will be juried more stringently. The ICA reserves the right to refuse accepted work that is deemed unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable for handling.
Return of Work / A UTC student ID is required for pick-up of artwork. Only the artist or persons with a signed authorization from the artist and the artist’s UTC ID may claim work. Students will be contacted via Canvas to pick up unselected work; there is no storage at the ICA.
